The unveiling ceremony of the “Talent Hub” of Yujing District, Yingtan City, was held at the Shanghai R&D Center of Wodeer Technology Group. Mr. Hui Tian, Member of the Standing Committee of the Yingtan Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the Organization Department, and Mr. Liuxiao Huang, Chairman of Wodeer Technology Group, attended the event and jointly unveiled the “Talent Hub.” Also present at the ceremony were Mr. Jianjun Su, Secretary of the Yujing District Party Committee of Yingtan City, along with district leaders Xuegong Han, Liping Yu, Lining Wang, Donghai Li, Yingfeng Leng, and Zhidong Sun, among others.
Accompanied by Chairman Mr. Liuxiao Huang, Minister Mr. Hui Tian and his delegation visited the laboratories of Wodeer Technology Group’s Shanghai R&D Center, where Chairman Mr. Huang introduced the company’s current product development activities and accumulated technological capabilities.
At the subsequent symposium, Chairman Mr. Liuxiao Huang gave a detailed overview of the company’s development scale, R&D centers, construction of research teams, implementation of the “Talent Hub” policies, and the transformation of research achievements. He stated that Wodeer Technology Group will consistently uphold the principle that technological innovation is the primary driving force of productivity and quality is the foundation of vitality. Staying true to its original aspirations while advancing with the times, the company aims not only to achieve continued growth but also to contribute to the economic development of Yingtan City.
Minister Mr. Hui Tian gave high recognition and positive remarks on Wodeer Technology Group’s efforts in scientific research breakthroughs, talent attraction and cultivation, and the transformation of research achievements. He noted that Wodeer’s Shanghai R&D Center provides strong technical support for the production base in Yingtan, while the Yingtan production base effectively translates R&D outcomes into industrial applications to drive local economic growth, serving as a vivid and successful example of the “Talent Hub” model.
He expressed his hope that Wodeer Technology Group will further leverage the advantages of the “Talent Hub” to attract and gather talent, promote scientific research through talent development, enhance production through research innovation, and ultimately drive economic growth through industrial development.
At the conclusion of the event, Minister Mr. Hui Tian and Chairman Mr. Liuxiao Huang jointly unveiled the “Talent Hub” of Yujing District, Yingtan City.
