Amid the industry trends of automotive intelligence and electrification, Wodeer Technology, a leading enterprise in the automotive components sector, has in recent years established deep strategic partnerships with multiple top global semiconductor suppliers.
In May of this year, Wodeer Technology officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Allegro. The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Zheng Shi, General Manager of Wodeer Technology; Ms. Li Shen, Purchasing Director; Mr. Hao Jiang, Purchasing manager-productiveness; and Mr. Weijie Xu, Global Vice President of Allegro and General Manager of Allegro China.

Mr. Zheng Shi stated that by further deepening the strategic cooperation with Allegro, the two parties will closely integrate their respective strengths. Leveraging Allegro’s advanced technologies together with Wodeer’s mass production experience and technical capabilities in automotive components manufacturing and other key system domains, the partnership will jointly drive technological innovation in the automotive industry and deliver more competitive intelligent and electrified solutions for global automakers.

Mr. Weijie Xu stated that Wodeer Technology has earned widespread recognition from leading automotive manufacturers both domestically and internationally through its deep expertise and outstanding capabilities in automotive sensors, ignition coils, and control systems. As a long‑term and trusted partner, the two sides will work in close coordination, with the breadth and depth of their technical cooperation continuing to expand. He added that the partnership is expected to generate greater innovation synergies across multiple fields, including industrial and collaborative robotics.

As early as March this year, Mr. Zheng Shi personally led a delegation to Germany to complete the planning and deployment of the company’s new factory in Germany. During the visit, he held in depth, face to face discussions with Mr. Michael Doogue, Chief Executive Officer of Allegro, and Mr. Marc Biron, Chief Executive Officer of Melexis. Both sides engaged in comprehensive exchanges on the current automotive electronics market environment, existing product lines under cooperation, and potential future areas of collaboration. The discussions reflected a shared expectation and strong confidence in pursuing broader and deeper cooperation going forward.

As of April this year, senior management teams from multiple NXP Semiconductors product lines have visited Wodeer Technology’s headquarters on several occasions for inspections and in depth exchanges. Mr. Manuel Alves Mendes, General Manager of Automotive Microcontrollers at NXP, together with Mr. Zheng Shi, General Manager of Wodeer Technology, both expressed their willingness to pursue deep level collaboration through resource sharing and joint technology development. They also highlighted the establishment of a joint laboratory as a key step toward achieving comprehensive strategic cooperation.
Wodeer Technology’s cooperation with leading global semiconductor companies goes beyond product expansion and technological upgrading; it represents a key step in driving the industry’s transformation toward greater safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Looking ahead, Wodeer Technology will continue to deepen cross industry collaboration and explore broader innovation opportunities in fields such as intelligent driving, Industry 4.0, and green energy. The company looks forward to these strategic partnerships injecting new momentum into the global automotive industry and ushering in a new era of intelligent development.
